Who Pays the Cockroaches? Ten Questions the Cockroach Janta Party Has Not Fully Answered

On 18 May 2026, the Cockroach Janta Party promised to be answerable under the RTI Act and never to run a secret fund. Five months later, we could find no registered body, no bank account in public view and no published accounts. Yet an appeal on its own website for a volunteer's family reported ₹28.78 lakh raised by 25 September, by the CJP's own count, and Kapil Sibal announced ₹1 crore for its legal-aid fund. On the public record we found, its stage, website, flights and lawyers have no named payer. This file asks ten simple questions and shows the evidence behind each. We did not ask the CJP or Kapil Sibal for comment; we quote their public statements. It also checks what the CJP's critics have said about foreign money, and what they actually showed.
