Dharma Doesn't Mean "Your Duty" — It Means "The Thing Holding You Together," and That Changes Everything
Most English translations of "dharma" land on "duty" or "religion," and both are quietly wrong in a way that matters. The actual root of the word points somewhere completely different — and once you see it, a huge amount of identity confusion, burnout, and "who even am I supposed to be" spiraling starts to make a lot more sense, and starts to have an actual way out.
